VERAX is a latin word that means “speaking the truth”. We believe that being truthful should be a fundamental value for all real estate professionals, and is the cornerstone to a successful career. Our mission is not just to provide state required education, but to also instill values that reflect the NAR Code of Ethics to help shape the future of real estate and help propel the industry forward in a positive way. We aim to educate truthful and honest agents that will help build strong relationships in the communities they serve and therefore increase trust and value in the real estate profession as a whole.
Meet the Team
Alexandrea Melyn

Alexandrea got her real estate license in 2018, starting her career in a field that was both exciting and full of opportunities. In 2021, while pregnant, she decided to take the next big step and upgrade to a broker’s license. It was a challenging time, but she was determined to continue growing professionally, even while preparing for motherhood.
By April 2024, Alexandrea had earned her instructor permit, another milestone that allowed her to pursue her passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge with others. Then, in November 2024, she opened VERAX Real Estate School, fulfilling a dream she’d had for years—helping others succeed in the real estate industry.
Throughout her journey, she passed every exam on the first try, a testament to the hard work, dedication, and determination that has guided her every step of the way. Each of these accomplishments has played a vital role in shaping her career and the opportunities she now offer to others.
